mobi metadata title included when not wanted

Hello all,

I have a situation for scriv 2.6 on mac where the metadata title, even when not set, is appearing on the mobi file (but not other file types eg pdf). The header pane does not seem to be present for the mobi compilation as it is for, for example, pdf and I cannot find where to ‘unset’ the header information for ‘include metadata title’, or indeed the placeholder text if the title is not set.

Any thoughts welcome,

Are you talking about what a book looks like when you put it on a device? Because if so, that’s nothing to do with your file, that’s just how that particular device has been designed to display books. :slight_smile:
