I’m using Windows 7.
In 5b: General, Created/Modified Date, I tried to look at the different dates for the modified file and it seems as if when a file is modified, it also changes the date for the created date.
I had at first thought that I had misunderstood and it only showed created date for the synopsis card, so I checked Step3: Footer View where I had typed in the yellow box and checked the modified and created dates on that document - Once again both came up as the same date when I modified that document. The rest of the older documents all show both dates (modified and created matching) as being from October.
