modifying header of pdf files

Dear friends,

I am new to scrivener.
I have a problem when turning the file into a pdf. It prints in the header of the pdf file (every page), the title of the file itself.
How can I remove it? And actually I do I personalize the infos into the pdf header before the are printed into the pdf. Hope I am clear enough!

The File -> Compile -> Page Settings pane defines the headers and footers of the output document.
