Mousewheel in custom metadata scrolls list content rather than panel

Trying to scroll the custom metadata section of the metadata panel for a project that has more fields than the current display setup can show, the mousewheel rather scrolls the list’s content for the custom metadata fields of that type.

So the panel scrolls, but as soon as a list comes to pass underneath the pointer, the scroll stops, as it is rather the list that starts scrolling. (Changing the user’s list’s current selection.)

Do you get a scroll bar to the right? Try scrolling in that area.

Yeah. That works.
But it wasn’t like that before. You wouldn’t really have to worry about where the pointer is, as far as I can remember.
