Moving Chapters around

I somehow managed to move Chapter Two inside Chapter One. So now Chapter Two appears in the binder as a subheading under Chapter One, and all of its scenes, etc, are listed there. How can I move it back to where it was?

Just drag it to where you want it.

From the docs:

Tip: Holding down the Option key whilst dragging will disallow “Drop Ons”, making it
easier to target between documents. This is very useful if you are rearranging a set of
documents at the same level and want to avoid dropping them into one another.

You can also move documents by holding down CTRL + CMD and using the arrow keys. OmniOutliner works in a similar fashion, IIRC.

Thanks both! The Option key worked. Noticed you can list subscenes within scenes within chapters which is cool (tho the thought of getting that organized makes my brain freeze). :mrgreen:
