How can I move keywords to the top of the hierarchy (in the Keyword HUD)? I can drag and drop a keyword onto another keyword to move it beneath that one, but for the top of the hierarchy, there is nothing on which to drop.
Make the keywords HUD large enough and then drag the item beyond the bottom of the list so the whole box gets highlighted. Admittedly, this isn’t great if you have hundreds of keywords at the root… I’m not sure of a solution for that situation, but let me know if that is your problem.
