Moving to a new Mac

Hi there,

I am moving to a new Mac soon. I will not probably ever use the old one again.
It took me a very long time to set up my preferences and configurations and I’d like to easily move them to the new Mac.
I really don’t want to have to configure everything from scratch again.
What is the best way to about this?

Project-specific settings are stored with the project and should move automatically.

This article explains how to transfer projects and Scrivener’s Preferences files:

It would be a good idea to make sure everything is up and running on the new computer before you dispose of the old one.
