When I downloaded Scrivener the first time, I downloaded “Scrivener NaNo 2010” before buying a proper licence-key.
After several updates the file (package in the programmes’-folder) is still called “Scrivener NaNo 2010”.
Is there any problem with that, or is there any danger that problems may occur when Scrivener interacts with other programmes such as Bookends or DevonThink?
And if so, how would I change “Scrivener NaNo 2010’s” name?

There’s no real problem with that - the updater always respects the name of the original application, in case the user has changed it for some reason - but it’s easy enough to fix. You can just rename it via the Finder as you would any other file.

All the best,
