NaNoWriMo template not working for me?

I keep getting an error that says the template is not compatible with my version…any known fixes for this or ideas of what I’m doing wrong? Thank you for any help

The template works nice if you UNZIP the folders to your disk!

Hello Rachel,

The template is in a zipfile.
What you have first to do is to unzip te folders and place it somewhere on your computer.
After that it will work nicely!

I had unzipped them, but I went back and deleted all the filed, re-downloaded and unzipped the files and reopened Scrivener and it finally worked…thanks for the help
