[NB] Error when clicking "Subscribe" in Help->Keep up to date

When entering your email and name in Help->Keep up to date, when you click “subscribe”, a window pops up stating:

The buttons to access the Facebook and Twitter pages does not work either.

Version: 2.9.0.3 Beta (90712) 64-bit - 30 Jan 2018

Same thing in Version: 2.9.0.14 Beta (476684) 64-bit - 20 Feb 2019 except I’m getting a more descriptive error message – it now states “Please enter a valid email address”. Tried it with several valid email addresses and get the same message,

Of course, it could be that the subscribe functionality is purposely disabled in the Beta – which is fine – but I thought it worth reporting it anyway, just in case.

With me in beta 16 the pop up says “please provide a valid email”, but it is!
