Need help with Compile settings

I’m trying to export my manuscript to MS Word and I’m having hell of a time setting up the Compiler to do what I want. I have made folders for each chapter entitled “Chapter One”, “Chapter Two”, etc., and each folder has a text file (with the text of chapter) in it named with the Name of the Chapter. How do I set up the Compiler so that each Chapter begins:

Chapter Number

Name of Chapter

Text of chapter, etc.

Right now, it’s just compiling to :

Chapter Number

Text of chapter, etc.

The short answer is that you need to use a Compile format that pulls the Titles of the text documents.

To explain how to do that, I’ll need to know what version of Scrivener you have. And, if you’re using one of Scrivener’s built-in formats, which one.
