Need help with epub output in Scrivener for Windows

I’m trying to upload a book to Google Books, and submitted the epub generated by Scrivener 1.9.9.0 and the file apparently has errors in it. I’m Windows 10.

The ePub you submitted has the following errors. These will prevent the book from going live. See the Help Center for more information. Please correct and resubmit.

My question is:

How do I fix this? Is there some sort of conversion site I can use that’s reliable where I can parse the .MOBI file for the same book into a working ePub file that will get accepted by Google Books?

2019, Adding that I solved it for Google books with a different format but other places I still get many issues.

It seems the EPUB aspect of version 1.9.9.0 - 3 October 2018 version of the WINDOWS edition of the software is not up to date with INDUSTRY STANDARDS. It’s urgent that this is at least UPDATED.

Oh, and Q2 is April, May and June. I guess that unless we’ll get it Version 3 released by 30 June 2019 it’s a Q3 release at least. Just wanted to point that out as I’m waiting for a fully up to date software that works with the latest parsers for .MOBI, .PDF and .EPUB.
