Need help with two things, please

I have two questions:

  1. question:
    Is it possible to have the dictionary settings different for different projects?
    I have my main project where I write non-fictional stuff in German and I have the German dictionary selected.
    But I have a second project where I want to write in English and I would like to select the English dictionary permanently only for this project.

  2. question:
    I wanted to create some tabs in the options for the editor, so that they appear in every new project and I don´t have to add them in every document like before :wink:
    I have the ruler in centimeters and when I am in the editior, I can set the tabs at 0.34 cm and 0.55 cm. When I´m in the options, I don´t get these numbers, the closest one I get are 0.35 cm and 0.56 cm. But I would like to have them exactly like before.
    Is it possibly to get this?

Is there an option the create a key shortcut for “learn spelling”?
