Need registration info

I updated to version 3, but couldn’t come up with the registration number, so now I’m on the trial version. I’ve sent 2 emails via the Contact Us form and no response. Only 16 days before the whole program shuts down. Help!

Scrivener 3 is a paid upgrade. Is the issue that our store is failing to recognize your email address for the upgrade discount, or that you haven’t received your purchase confirmation? (If not, have you checked your junk folder?)
