I just started a new project (novel with parts), read the instructions and now wanted to use the character template. However, I cannot find the “New from template” menu entry. Isn’t it implemented yet in the Scrivener for Windows version or is it just me overlooking something?

In the meanwhile, you can just use the Duplicate command to copy your template documents so you can fill them out and move them to the appropriate binder locations.
