Can someone please tell me why this icon is different to the other? I thought I followed the same process but clearly not!

Hello Trinity,
If you are referring to the text on your index card this is taken from your synopsis. It can either be typed in manually, or it will generate itself from the first few lines of your document if you click the auto generate button in the synopsis window of the inspector.
Just click in the card to edit it if it is not what you want.
