No "+"button in the Collections bar in Binder

Continuing my grind through the Scrivener tutorial I come to Part 2, Step 14: Collections.

In para. 8 it says: “Now hold down the Command key and click on several documents in the binder to select them. Once you have selected five or six - it doesn’t matter which ones - click on the “+” button in “Collections” bar at the very top of the binder:”

My problem is that when I follow these instructions NO “+” button or “Collections bar” appear at the top of the binder. And, yes, my header bar did turn pink.

Can anyone help me with this, please?

Click the icon indicated in the image below…

And you should then see Collections and the + button…

[attachment=0]Collections.png[/attachment]

You should then be able to create (and delete) different Collections.

There would appear to be a missing word or two in the tutorial.
