How do I enter a non-breaking space?
For example if I type 1 Corinthians 13:1 I don’t want the first 1 to be on a line separate from the C in Corinthians.
Thanks,
Ron

Hi Ron
ALT SPACEBAR is your new best friend.

Ah, I use Alfred which is triggered by the Option-Space. I’ll reassign that and try again.

Doh! Perfect, thank you!
You have saved me a lot of angst with that suggestion. Nothing to do with Scrivener but an outside organisation has started using non-breaking space in some of the data that I process. Of course one can’t see the difference between space and non-breaking space except in circumstances where NBSP would have an effect. I needed a quick way to type an NBSP; little did I think it was as simple as pressing Opt-Space!
