Note Cards Disappear on Ubuntu 32 bit via dropbox

I’m testing Scrivener syncing via dropbox between Windows 8.1 and Ubuntu 12.04 32-bit w/ Wine. It works okay, but Scrivener losses note cards going back and forth between the OSs . Has anyone else experienced this problem? Or have any possible solutions?

I personally haven’t… That having been said, I switch between WINE and Linux, and I haven’t had a windows partition on my computer since 2006 or so.

One question: are you sure the cards are gone, or is it just a memory thing? If you’re looking at the corkboard of a single file in your binder, the corkboard will be blank. I generally have files for each chapter, then individual files within each chapter. So I can look at things via the entire draft or by each chapter.
