I use both MacOS and Windows, and there is an issue. A scapple note created on MacOS is nice, but when I open that note on Windows, everything broken, boxex stacks and overlaps on each other.

Check to see if the fonts you used on macOS are available on your Windows machine. If substitutions have to be made, sizes can be messed up this way. If they’re not on the Windows machine, find and install them.
It can be a bit difficult when box sizes precisely match the width of the text, since the precise size of fonts, display resolution and other details rarely match between platforms.
There are some things we can do to improve this, and they will be done in the next update for Scapple Win, but in the meanwhile the best solution is to use the Notes ▸ Auto-Fit command to resize the boxes. You’ll naturally probably run into the same issue when going back to the Mac, so another approach is to keep box sizes wider than they need to be.
