notepad lines only on documents notes not project notes?

I really like the ability to use lined notes, but why only on document notes (which I rarely use) and not on project notes (which I use all the time). Why were they taken away in Scriv 3? Or maybe I’m missing something? They’re so much easier to read.

And lines on scratchpad (or even regular files) would be cool too …

There are no project notes in Scrivener 3 - the whole project notes feature has been removed and replaced by the much more flexible bookmarking system:

Yes. It’s a bit of a relic from the past, really. It’s never been available anywhere else.
