Notes folder

Sorry to be an idiot, but -

A couple of weeks ago I found out how to make dated/timed annotations in the text that linked to a note in the Notes Folder but I’ve subsequently forgotten how I did this. I seem to remember there was a keyboard shortcut that did this?

I can’t find anything in the Help file about the Notes folder so I guess I must have read about it in this forum but I’ve been unable to find it again. Can anyone remind me or point to the post where this is described?

Do you mean cmd-L to create a new Scrivener link (and an associated document that is placed inside a “Notes” folder)?
