Hi, I have exported my book into a .scriv file and got a new computer. I imported the file, which worked perfectly fine. But it didn’t include the notes, it only highlighted the section in blue and provided a link.
How can I import the notes?

If you transferred an existing project between computers, how did you do it?
It is a scrivener file. I exported the folder on the old computer, uploaded it to gdrive, downloaded it on the new one and imported the entire folder. The text files are all there, only the notes are missing. But the text where the note should refer to is highlighted and a
for example this code appears as a link

GDrive is the problem. Scrivener uses XML files with various file extensions to store things like comments. Google “helpfully” changes those extensions to XML, thereby breaking the link.
The easiest way to fix the problem is to go back to the original computer and use the File → Backup → Backup To command to create a ZIP backup of the project. Transfer the ZIP file to the new computer by any convenient method, unzip, and you should be all set.
