Notes/references/snapshots bar has moved!

For years this bar was on the bottom of the 'Document Notes panel. I just upgraded and that bar—whose name I don’t know—is now on top of the Synopsis area. I used it constantly and would like to move it back down. Can you tell me how? Or is this hardwired into v 2.7 (26106)?

I can’t find the answer in the Manual or in Gwen Fernandez’ book.

I think it’s hard-wired, and seems likely to remain so. But the message from Ioa several months ago was “Watch this space”.
