The idea of NaNo has always scared the bejeesus out of me but found Niad empowering. (Thanks @pigfender) Still unsure about NaNo. Have many Niaders done it? ---

I might. I’d have to adjust my word count expectation 😂 Realistically could probably aim for 25,000. It’d be 24,700 more than I usually manage in a month. I am so much better with deadlines than just wombling about. I like @homeport 's idea of a buddy group. 👍 ---

It’s not just the principle of the thing (though there is that). There is an actual one year difference. (Case in point: _Made Man_) {widens eyes} ---
