thanks in advance for your help. Hope someone can explain why in my compiled .odt document page numbers appear like this:
Have you checked the LibreOffice documentation, or tried inserting a page numbering token there, and seeing if it is any different? My hunch is that is just how it shows dynamic fields, but it would be super easy to find out by hitting Cmd-P and checking out the print preview.
