As the L&L team have consistently said, they realize Scrivener is not for everyone and wish those who it doesn’t suit the best with whichever app best suits them, and all the best to you.
As for the rest of your posts, perhaps allow that L&L know a damn sight more than you about the restrictions imposed by iCloud, that only a complete re-write of the app and loss of some functionality would get around. Your tirades won’t achieve any change.
That all said, perhaps read KB’s blog post on a new app that will work with iCloud.
