Option for Characters/Words target by default

Hi,

I measure the length of my texts in characters (space included). As the default target for document is expressed in words, I have to change the target for all my docs/chapter/scene by hand.
An general option to select the default target [Words or Characters] could save a little time.

Agreed, though the solution we have in mind is more seamless than a setting. If you use Character on a document, then that is what the project will continue to use automatically from that point forward.

Fine, it’s a better idea than adding another setting.
