Hi guys, I was wondering is it possible to create an organisational chart somewhere within Scrivener? That would allow to me to map out the various positions held by individuals within an organisation for example. Can Scrivener do this?
Scrivener can import a wide variety of file types for you to store in your project and access directly from the binder. So whilst Scrivener doesn’t have any integrated tools for creating graphics / org charts, you could, for example:
use something like Scapple to create this, and export the map into your binder
scribble it on a piece of paper, take a photo of it with your phone / a digital camera / your Mac’s FaceTime camera, and import that as a picture file in your binder.
That second one is kind of a low-tech hack, but it’s incredibly easy and effective. I use it a lot!
