I need to do some CSS editing. Was hoping someone here would have a recommendation for a decent app with preview capabilities. Last time I looked/used anything css was just basic formatting. No chance for me to catch up with the times on my timeline.

Brackets is free and very extensible, but not WYSIWYG->code if that is what appeals to you:

nontroppo, not so much wysiwyg really. More some basic “format pallet” for speedy entry, and a live update preview on change. Bee using espresso this weekend and, while nice, not really into the $$ for my limited use. Although it isn’t stupid expensive… I just don’t need the WHOLE package.
