Other dictionaries must be UTF-8 encoded to work with scrivener

A note for other dictionaries ( Replacing Spelling Dictionaries in konwledgebase):
The .dic file must be UTF-8 encoded.
If it is ANSI encoded (as in my case), then there are problems especially with umlauts (non-printable characters).
