Outliner and Binder arrow key behaviour

Hi
Having fun with Scrivener for Windows.

Here’s a suggested tune up:

PROBLEMS
CTRL+UP/DOWN moves a child document - let’s call it a scene - but not to a new parent. This makes it a fiddle if you want to shift a scene between chapters.

CTRL+UP/DOWN moves a parent document - a chapter - relative to other parents on the same level. This makes it a fiddle if you want to shift a chapter break around.

SOLUTIONS
Allow the arrow key to move child documents into the same place under adjacent parents.

Add a shortcut to slide a parent document up or down relative to the substratum of child documents.

Ctrl+Right/Left will demote or promote an item, so you just need to use these in conjunction with Up/Down to shift your scenes around.

Yes, but that can be really round about if your shuggling several scenes around.
