Page Breaks in .doc, .rtf format

Running Beta 024 on Windows 7 Professional (32 bit), Word 2003.

Page breaks inserted during compile do not behave like standard page breaks in MS Windows, and are extremely difficult to delete. Example: in my compiled novel manuscript, “Text and Folder Separator” page break can only be deleted by deleting the entire chapter name (entire paragraph).

Looking at the compiled .rtf file, those page breaks appear to use \pagebb (“break page before paragraph”). When MS Word inserts a standard page break, it inserts \page (“Required page break”). renaming \pagebb tags to \page results in normal behavior in MS Word.
