Page Numbering on Compile - PDF

In .24 Beta compiling for PDF results in the page numbering starting with 1 on the second page.

Compiling the same project to .docx has correct page numbering as does compiling to PDF on Mac V3 with same settings.

Still facing thus issue with .25.

I’ve checked every aspect of settings I can think of between Mac and Win versions and cannot find anything to explain.

Am I missing something or is this a bug?

I’ve posted on this twice without any response.

I’ve gone through every setting I can think of on both Mac and Win and cannot find anything that would cause this only on pdf compile.

I ran into this…

File → Compile and edit settings on the profile you’re using.
Switch to pdf output, click on Page Settings.
Options tab
Check the box “Page numbers count first pages.”

Thanks for the suggestion, however that starts numbering from the very beginning including Front Matter

I guess that would be bad. I did solve this, once; I had exactly the same issue.

Okay. Crashed Scrivener. That didn’t work.

And now I get page numbering starting at 2 on page 1. Sigh.

This will be fixed in the next version. Please let us know if you still experience the issue afterwards.

Thanks!
