Hope you can help me. If you see the attachment you realize the text of the chapter is all over the page. I want to star in the middle. But in compile panel, page padding is 14 lines.
What´s wrong?

The other thing you need for this to work is a section break for the chapter heading. Check the Separators compile option pane for options on inserting section breaks. I would suggest “Text and folder separator” be set to “Section break”.
Also be sure to check the Mobi file in several different viewers. Not every reader is going to display it the same way. For myself, I had no troubles adding a 14-line space and seeing the effects of that in Calibre:
