Paragraphs on index cards

Fingers crossed this hasn’t been posted before (I looked) or isn’t actually already there with a preference tweak (ditto).
I use Scrivener mainly for writing essays for my OU degree. It would be great if the index cards could support paragraphs, indentations, carriage returns - anything to break up the text. For me I like to write the question, or part question, on the index card so I have it there as I write. Often the questions include bullet points or lists e.g.

Look at thee ancient sources for Prometheus:
i) The poet Hesiod
ii) An illustration of the myth in M&L, “Atlas and Prometheus”
iii) A later version in Ovid, “Metamorphoses”

As all three are being considered together I don’t want to break them up onto separate cards (I would in the research area), but it would be helpful to get that easy visual distinction.
Hope that makes sense. It’s only a niggle as Scrivener is such a great tool I almost wish I had more essays just so I could use it more often!

You can put a paragraph break in the text of an index card using and a tab with ; bullet points with … But I don’t think you can do auto-numbered/bulleted lists; doesn’t seem to me that you’d really need those for your stated purposes, though.

Or, use the index card in the Inspector, which lets you type normally.

That’s great guys, thanks. In that case I don’t have a wish list. In fact I can’t quite work out why I’m so desperately excited about v2.0 when I can’t see anything wrong with the present one.

Well, one thing you might like about 2.0 is that there is an option to let you type normally in index cards without the Opt-Key stuff.
