'Paste Format' changes format in unselected table cells

The attached file is a Scrivener RTF file with a TXT extension added so I can upload it.

  • highlight the first cell (rantext 1)
  • copy format (I use the toolbar icon)
  • select the two blank cells on the right
  • paste format
    The result is that the format is also changed in a cell (rantext 2) that was not selected.

Thanks, filed. It’s applying the formatting to all cells between the topmost and bottom most of the selection (moving right to left and down across the table).
