I’ve pasted some text into new Text documents within research, but it has maintained the formatting of the Open Office document that it originated in.
Is there any way to “reset” the formatting of the pasted text? Looks kind of ugly against the “natively” formatted Scriv documents.

Ah! I love this app, it has everything 
Documents > Convert > Formatting to Default Text Style
Sorted!
You can also use “Paste and Match Style” next time (opt-shift-cmd-V) to avoid the “convert” step! Only caveat is that this will strip any bold, italic, etc. so if that’s important to keep, use your original regular-paste>convert method.
