(1) How do you get rid of the first line indent?
(2) How do you change the default font, for reals?
I’ve looked through the ‘help’ section and done what it says to no avail and it is driving me rather mental.
Go to the Text Editing section of the Preferences.
Adjust the ruler to remove the indent.
Set the font and size as you like.
Any new document will have those settings.
You can apply the settings to any existing document by viewing it and selecting Documents/Convert Formatting/To Default Text Style.
