Pilcrow and dots after every word.

Help! Suddenly I have pilcrows after every paragraph and dots after every word. I don’t know what I did and I don’t know how to fix it.

Format/Options/Show Invisibles menu command. :slight_smile:

Hi, knotlolth, and welcome to the forum!

Don’t despair. Those are just visual representations of end of paragraphs and white spaces on your text. You may have inadvertently pressed Ctrl-Shift-, which is the shortcut for “Show Invisibles”.

Just press that again or go to Format/ Options/ Show Invisibles on the menu.
