When working on the Mac version I normally work in scrivenings view so that I can see my whole paper while editing the documents within it. The iOS version has the “draft navigator” but this is limited as it doesn’t allow direct editing and pinch zoom is not available in this view so text size is fixed.
It’s not possible to add all of the Mac version’s features to iOS - iOS is much more limited in memory and capabilities, and scrivenings mode is something that will not really work on iOS.
