Pop Up Menu in Footer of Single Document Mode[FIXED]

The pop up menu in the single document view footer is very erratic in that, sometimes it appears in place of the word percentage bar and at other times it not there.
Expected operation is appearance of the menu by CTRL+SHIFT+M, but this is not working.
Also toggling script mode with CTRL+M appears to work randomly, in other words sometimes it toggles at others it does not.
I am running Windows XP SP3

I’m seeing this too. With Beta 1.2 on two separate Windows 7 machines (one x64, one x86) I cannot get Ctrl+M to work to shift in and out of screenwriting mode or not. I also find that Ctrl+Shift+M is not working since I upgraded to Beta 1.2. It’s very consistent for me.
