Possible to change curser position for typewriter scrolling?

Hi people.
Just would like to fine-tune the position of the cursor position during typewriter scrolling. With the way I have my workstation setup, it would best if I could move it a bit further up the screen.
Is this possible?

Scrivener Preferences > Editor > Typewriter scroll line > five options, from Top quarter of screen to Bottom quarter of screen.
