The keyword color bars on the right side of the index card are not printing, is there a setting or preference button I have not activated?
The color bars themselves will not print, but you can add keywords to a printed card by enabling that option (and there are many other options as well) in the Page Setup window. I haven’t tested it, but I believe the keywords will print with a coloured underscore which matches their corresponding colour—as they appear in the outliner if you turn on that column.

Is it possible to print the red and blue lines on the index cards?
That way additional notes could be added later by pen or pencil. If not please add to wish list. Thanks.
