Printing Outline

Okay, this is embarrassing, as I’ve only been using Scrivener for elevendy billion years, but:

Can I print my outline? I don’t need numbers (although it would be nice), just the titles of my index cards and the synopsis written on them.

I did a quick search of the forum, but the answer’s still not clear to me.

Hi, currently the only way to do it (but it can be done!) is to go to Compile Draft and select only to print the titles and synopses… (In the next update, selecting “Print Current Document” will do this automatically for you if you have the outline view open).
Hope that helps!
All the best,
Keith

Thanks Keith!

Have looked at docs but can’t find the answer: How do you invoke the “Compile Draft” view to check titles?

File > Compile Draft. Compile Draft is probably one of the most fundamental features of Scrivener, so I definitely recommend you go through the tutorial and read up in the Help file about this feature.
All the best,
Keith
