I hope this is the right place to post this.
So I have been trying to purchase Scrivener for Windows for on and off for about three weeks now. I put in my information but every time I try to submit my billing info the site gives me this:
We are sorry, but your order cannot be processed. Before trying the order again, please contact email@example.com and let us know the name you entered for your order.
I have done this and got some instructions back from customer service like cleaning my browser history, calling my card company and making sure the purchase is not being blocked on their end, and I’ve tired to buy the product from my phone, tablet and another computer all together. The response is the same every time.
I don’t know what to do. I buy things online all the time and I’ve never had this problem.
Can anyone help me?

Could you please contact us via sales AT literatureandlatte DOT com and give details of the name and email address that you are trying to use when purchasing, and also indicate the browser(s) that you have tried using? (Please don’t share personal information here on the public forum.) We can then contact eSellerate on your behalf, to see whether our direct support contact there can identify what is going wrong for you. It sounds as though a security flag may have been raised on eSellerate’s system for some reason, and if that is the case then they will need to investigate it and clear the flag before the purchase attempt can go through. I apologise for the inconvenience.
