Hello, i have a problem: iOS and Windows do not want to sync via Dropbox.
A new Project, build on the PC will not open on my iPhone. Error: Not supportet Projectfileformat. Syncing between two PCs work whitout problems. iPhone and iPad work whitout problems.
Windows 10 (Windowsupdate Version 1803, from 06.15.2018), Scrivener Version: 1.9.7.0 - 06 Okt 2016 “fresh” from the Website. iOS 11.3.1
Any ideas?
How did you set up the sync? ”Not supported file format” suggests that you did something you shouldn’t have done.
choose the folder (dropbox\apps\scrivener\text.scriv) in the iOS App and the same Folder for the Windowsversion.
The folder text.scriv IS your project, not the folder where you save it. On the iDevice, change to apps\scrivener
The folder is /apps/scrivener and in it are 3 projectfolders: text.scriv 1.scriv and 2.scriv
Thees includes the x.scrivx file an some folders.
After a while of syncing it works now. But I don´t no why…
