When saving a project or Document Reference if you
1 - Add new reference
2 - Create External reference
4 - Select new reference created to edit Reference name and web address field
5 - press enter or click outside the the edit reference box
6 - dbl click on newly created reference name
What is expected that the reference name and web address fields are both correctly updated/stored
What happens is the address field is blank; however, if you enter the web address back into the blank field a second time it stores correctly
This can be reproduced no matter how many Doc/Proj references you create. It always deletes the web address the first time you enter it
