I setup Scrivener with split windows. I set the top window to “Top Editor”, selected Draft in the binder and set it to Outline mode. I then clicked on the split window icon, set the top window to open the documents in the bottom window when they are clicked and then locked the top window.
Everything is perfect.
But even though I save the project before I close it. The next time I open it I have split windows and the contents of both windows are the same as before I closed–BUT–the “lock” and “open in other window” features are turned off and I have to reset them every time.
I use this all the time and really want it to be the default.
Am I doing something wrong or: Is this a bug or is it something that needs to be filed as a feature request?
