I know there are known bugs with the project statistics feature, however I couldn’t find specific mention of the fact that when I deselect some of my documents for inclusion in the draft, then go to the Stats and choose the radio box to not count documents which are set for exclusion, the word count isn’t affected.
For example I unchecked three documents totalling around 650 words’ “Included in Draft” option, then went to the Stats and noted the Word Count as 20263 words. I then selected “Count only documents marked for inclusion” and switched back to the Statistics tab but it still showed 20263 words. Closing the dialog box didn’t seem to make a difference either.
(Also “Selection” is spelt wrong in the header on the Options tab).
